Comment: The tiling in the sous-sol shower room and laundry.
Mr. Augustin, who had done the screed over the underfloor heating pipes, came and laid the black 'slate' ceramic floor tiles.

The living area tiled but without grouted joints.

Tiling without grouting in the 'buanderie'.

Tiling in the hall in the sous-sol. There will eventually be a partition and door separating the tank room.

The living room floor - black to absorb as much solar gain as possible from the large south-east and south-west glazing.

While Mr Augustin grouted the joints we had been finishing putting insulation into the timber framed walls upstairs.
