The exposed larch cladding and flashings on the roof window had not been very well done by the roofer / carpenter and needed a lot more work to waterproof it and protect the woodwork. The top soil removed from the house area and drive had been replaced around the house while there was a digger on site, so we made a temporary gravel path to the auvent. Sowed grass seed to provide temporary cover in spring.
